Breaking in Your New Orthotics
If you have not worn Orthotics before?
Put them on and wear them, if you experience Discomfort; remove the Orthotics from your shoes for about Twenty
minutes, and then return them to your shoes.
NOTE, Important that your shoes fit your feet properly, toes free And not crowded.
Often there will be a breaking in period of up to two or three days.
When the feet are rebalanced with the new Orthotics, some feet will resist being repositioned. It generally will
take just a few removals until your feet will accept the new Supports.
Plain plastic Orthotics can be washed with soap and water, and dryed with a towel. Your leather covered Orthotics
will not need any cleaning other than quick wipe off with a damp cloth, not wet.
NOTE: We do not fit Diabetic
feet with our Arch Supports.
